(National Capital District) (Unlisted Postmark in "The Postal History Of Papua New Guinea 1945 - 1998" - Garward and Heward) on 6d United Nations on plain cover to Kirkcaldy SA. Postmarker should be either PM-16 (4mm bar at left and 2˝mm bar at right) or PM-17 (5mm bar at left and 3mm bar at right), both in use from 1 November 1965 to 30 June 1977. This postmark differs in these areas:- Pair Horizontal Bars 16˝mm long Numeral for Month ("2" vs "FE") Left arc 7mm Right arc 7mm.
