| "RABARABA/23DE64/T.P. & N.G." (Milne Bay Province)(First Day New Postmarker) on 6d Parotia Lawesi on plain cover to Kirkcaldy SA.. Postmarker RB-1 was in use from 23 December 1964 to 12 December 1968 when it became unserviceable. The date wheels were made from plastic nylon with letters and figures about 2 - 2˝mm in height. The bars either side of Rabaraba are 9mm long.
