| Cover with "PORT MORESBY/1030A20JA90/P.N.G." (National Capital District) on 35t Letter Writing Week to Grange S.A.. Postmarkers PM-27 and PM-28 two similar CDS were sent to this office on 29 December 1989. This Postmarker - PM-27 - was used from 2 January 1990 on the Registered Mail collection counter and was very little used on outgoing mail. PM-28 was first incorrectly used with red ink as a Postage Paid marker from 2 January to 1 February 1990. Usage of PM-27 is somewhat rare.
