| Registered "BY SURFACE MAIL" Cover with "RELIEF NO. 5/30 (?) (?) 86/PAPUA N.G." ((Northern Province) and Registration label "R/KOKODA/NO. 4674" and red "R" in circle on 4 x 5t Hibiscus abd 2 x 40t Antipathes sp. To Grange S.A. with backstamps "BOROKO/12/-3MR86/PNG (with "8" upside down", "ADELAIDE/4AP86" and "HENLEY BEACH/28AP86". RELIEF CDS R-5 was in use from 14 January 1986 to 13 March 1986. This was the last use of R-5 as it was in very poor condition.
