RELIEF CDS R-14 (New No. 5) was despatched from stores on 4 May 1989 after it became known that KT-8 and possibly KT-7 had been lost on 12 April 1989, and was in use from 13 May to 12 September 1989. However it was not returned to stores until 4 December 1989, and there is known usage on 24 November 1989.
