(National Capital Province) and Registration label "R/BOROKO/NO. 71418" and red "R" in circle on 35t QEII Silver Jubilee and 20t Canoe Racing on Registered "AIR MAIL" cover to Henley Beach S.A..with backstamps "RELIEF NO. 8", "MELBOURNE", "ADELAIDE" and "HENLEY BEACH". RELIEF CDS R-8 was in use from 7 July 1975 to 19 May 1982 at BOROKO Post Office as the Mail Transit Depot Building at JACKSON/PORT MORESBY Airport was not completed until early 1982. The "T" and "&" were removed from R-8 sometime between 1979 and 1981
