RELIEF CDS R-3 was in use at the Philatelic Sales Counter only from 11 January 1966 to 1 February 1966. (It is believed that Garwood and Heward have made an error on Page 45 Volume 1 Part 2 where they state R-3 was at Port Moresby from 11 January 1966 until 1 February 1996. It was at Finschhafen Feb/Mar 1979 and at Gusap March 1983 to July 1984.
